Match the best time available on our scheduler and your comfort for having session with Dr Amod Tilak.

4 Check Video Capability

Make sure that your PC, Laptop, iPad or mobile is ready for a video-call, and has a good steady internet connection.

5 Have Someone Accompany

If there are topics you don't remember clearly, or wish to have some questions asked, do have someone accompany you on the call.

6 Ensure Follow-Ups
